RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from Empress Lair Boutique are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for store credit or exchange. Empress does not provide refunds for any purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Returns must be within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.

SALE ITEMS

No Returns for Exchanges or Store credit.

GIFT CERTIFICATES/INSTORE CREDIT

  • Items purchased with store credit and or gift certificates make the order final sale.
  • The order is not returnable to store credit only exchange if the item is available or valid
  • We do not allow double returns (only one return for an exchange will be processed).
  • Any item with final sale is non-returnable

REFUNDS

No refunds. Store Credit or exchange ONLY.
